New Office, Same Mission: MyAdvisor Serves Those Who Serve Others

By Marketing Team

Three Wire Systems’ MyAdvisor division has a new home — same as the old one, really. Our holistic wellness resource and support center’s headquarters remains in Ebensburg, Pa. — where we’ve happily called home since 2019 —but we’re celebrating the opening of a new office this summer. So, we’d like to say, “Hello,” once again.

Our new office opening coincides with Three Wire Systems’ 15th anniversary as a company, and as we mark the milestone, it represents as well as anything the veteran-owned technology firm’s growth. Evolving from our popular VetAdvisor program — which provides technology-aided wellness solutions to military personnel and veterans — MyAdvisor expands offerings to private sector employees.

As MyAdvisor continues to grow, there is a question you may be asking: Is MyAdvisor right for me? Be you an employer or a future MyAdvisor employee, we have the answer.

Who MyAdvisor works for

MyAdvisor came onto the scene at just the right time. Mental health disorders remain underreported and, in many walks of life, misunderstood, but more people every day are overcoming the stigma associated with seeking care. Not only that, but there is an expectation that employers provide avenues to that care as part of their benefits packages. And today, after a year and a half of living through a pandemic, mental health issues can no longer be ignored.

Stemming from our work with the veteran community, MyAdvisor provides support for those who are responsible for the safety and welfare of others. For example, first responders face an above-average level of stress in their work environment, with serious repercussions: police and firefighters are more likely to die of suicide than in the line of duty, and 85% of first responders have experienced symptoms of mental health conditions.

That’s why we work with employers to provide their workers with behavioral health sessions, wellness coordination, clinical behavioral tele-health sessions, financial resources, career development resources, navigational advocacy and more — all through a modern digital platform. Our tele-mental health services connect people with psychiatrists, psychologists and other clinical professionals, answering more than 40,000 calls and 850 texts/emails per month. We are also a certified American Association of Suicidology (AAS) Crisis Center and were named the group’s 2021 AAS Crisis Center of the Year.

It all points to our central goal: serve those who serve others.

Who works for MyAdvisor

A new office isn’t the only expansion for MyAdvisor. We also regularly seek new members for our team and partners to enhance our services.

Our comprehensive approach to case management includes care coordinators who are available 24/7, 365 days a year to provide support or direct those seeking help to the proper personnel. Health care representatives and coaches are trained to identify individual needs, including when someone requires immediate or emergency care, and to take the proper next steps to triage the situation.

Three Wire Systems’ broad range of expert partners, meanwhile, enable our coordinators to quickly access resources to help someone in crisis. They include technology partners, who maintain and help us to evolve our platforms, as well as care coordination partners. Be they a partner or a member of our staff, collaboration is at the heart of our company culture. We value accountability, integrity, passion, and embrace creativity and innovation to best serve employers and their employees. To learn more about Three Wire and find open positions, visit this page.

Even with change in the air and growth on our mind, MyAdvisor remains focused on service, especially during a period when employers and their employees require it most.
